This UK made 15 runner rack doubles up as a resting / cooling rack made to suit the standard RM2020 trays, 18” focaccia trays, 18” wire grids and 24” x 18” ply resting boards.
You can rest up to 90 doughs on the boards during prep and when fitted with a wire grid on every other runner it can be used for cooling straight from the oven
